ScalePilot ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by ScaleLogic. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our business management platform at scalepilothq.app (the "Service").
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Business administrators may also provide company name, phone number, and business details.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.
Content Data: We store content you create through the Service, including contacts, email campaigns, social media posts, documents, and other business data.
Third-Party Integrations: When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., social media platforms, email services), we store authentication tokens and profile information necessary to provide the integration. We do not store your third-party passwords.

Google Search Console: If you choose to connect your Google account, ScalePilot requests read-only access to your Google Search Console data using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly scope. We use this access solely to retrieve your search-performance metrics — queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position — and display them to you as an SEO analytics dashboard within your ScalePilot account. This access is read-only; we never modify anything in your Google account. You can revoke ScalePilot's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting the integration inside ScalePilot. When you disconnect, the stored authorization is deleted and we stop syncing new data.
ScalePilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer or use it for any purpose other than providing or improving the user-facing features you have requested. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
ScalePilot is a multi-tenant platform. Your business data is logically isolated from other organizations on the platform. Each entity's data is accessible only to authorized users within that entity.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, secure password hashing, session management, and role-based access controls.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
